How to Sign Up For Our Study

Start by visiting our homepage. This is where you can access the information about the study and the sign-up process.
Select a date for your visit
On our homepage you will find the schedule of available dates for appointments at our clinic. Choose a date that works best for you. Events at specific community locations, such as the UH Manoa Recruitment Site and the Pahoa Recreational Center, are also listed and available for selection
Click to Register and Complete the Questionnaire
After selecting a date, click on the corresponding registration link. This will take you to a questionnaire where you'll be asked to provide information about yourself.
Receive Confirmation and Reminder
After you've submitted your questionnaire, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment. Additionally, a reminder will be sent to you a day before your appointment to ensure you have all the necessary details for your visit.
